Charleston Area Medical Center is seeking an Information Technology Manager for VH IT Applications at Northgate. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT management; healthcare setting preferred.

• Oversees the IT Applications management team and ensures project goals are met.
• Manages staff recruitment, interviews, onboarding and ongoing training.
• Reviews staff development plans and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Maintains regular communication with direct reports and conducts monthly meetings.
• Provides resources, tools and training to sustain performance.
• Leads strategic and tactical planning for application portfolios across departments.
