Stanford Health Care seeks an Application Analyst I to join our IT team in Palo Alto. The role is an entry-level developmental path, building knowledge of Epic modules, workflows, and clinical systems while progressing toward independent support and basic build activity.

You'll provide tier-2 incident resolution, production monitoring, and collaboration with Infrastructure, Analytics, and help desk teams. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with no prior healthcare IT experience required.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, CS, business, health administration, management systems or related field.
No prior healthcare IT or analyst experience required; internship, help desk or office experience is a plus.
Basic AI literacy and genuine curiosity about emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new AI-enabled tools.

Mansioni

Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk.
Monitor applications in production use.
Assist in the implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of tools and workflows.
Document routine workflows and support activities using established templates.
Coordinate application support with Infrastructure, Integration, Enterprise Analytics, and the help desk.
