Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking an Application Analyst I to support and optimize clinical and enterprise applications. The role includes tier-2 incident resolution, on-call coverage as needed, and daily production monitoring within a collaborative IT team.

You will lead small upgrades and enhancements, build and maintain configurations, and work with Infrastructure and other IT groups to ensure smooth operations. A strong foundation in IT, healthcare knowledge, and AI literacy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, health administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or clinical IT environment is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and responsible usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and 24/7 on-call coverage as needed.
• Monitor production applications daily and manage issues end-to-end.
• Lead minor to mid-scale software upgrades and workflow enhancements.
• Configure, build, and maintain applications with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with IT teams to coordinate application support and projects.
