Alameda Health System seeks an applications support professional to manage support for assigned clinical and administrative applications. You will triage issues, document resolutions, and coordinate with IS and service desk teams to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.

The role includes analyzing requirements, configuring systems, participating in upgrades, and delivering user training and documentation to enhance workflow efficiency.

Competenze

• Experience providing end-user support and triage for clinical or business applications.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and document design specifications.
• Experience with testing methods and coordination across IS and operations teams.
• Proven ability to communicate with executives, managers, and customers.
• Experience with training end users and creating user documentation.
