Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business or related field
• None of prior experience required
• EPIC certification preferred if within role or team assignment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Supports IT team and customers through participation on assigned projects and contributes to timely completion of project deliverables.
• Maintains positive working relationships with IT stakeholders, hospital staff and vendors as appropriate.
• Proactively seeks out assignments and learning opportunities within the department or across teams.
• Contributes to development of effective business decisions through clear communication and data-supported recommendations.
