Houston Methodist is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to provide expert-level support and configuration of assigned applications, train and mentor analysts, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure high availability and quality service.

You will work with clinicians and staff, lead change management, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to project planning and budget projections aligned with departmental goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT/clinical experience.
• Five years’ IT or clinical workflow experience.
• Epic certification must be maintained within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as liaison between work teams and departments.
• Facilitates team and client meetings and delivers informative presentations.
• Serves as role model and mentor to other team members.
• Mentor junior analysts and support staff.
• Manage large-scale projects with multiple departments.
