Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Five years’ IT or clinical workflow experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale clinical, ancillary or business environments.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between work teams and departments.
• Facilitates team and client meetings and delivers informative presentations.
• Mentors junior analysts and provides training as needed.
• Delivers solutions on time while managing expectations.
• Coordinates and provides problem resolution, technical analysis and progress reports on projects.
