You will lead inventory staff, implement processes to reduce shrinkage, manage expiration dates, and coordinate with departments to prevent shortages while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or health-related field; degree waived with 3+ years healthcare inventory experience.
• Minimum 2 years in inventory management; 1 year in healthcare setting; 1 year with a healthcare ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Trains and schedules Inventory Management staff.
• Monitors and improves metrics for pick accuracy, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.
• Ensures equipment meets safe operating requirements and maintains regulatory logs.
• Performs monthly audits of staff orders and ensures inventory accuracy.
• Evaluates and optimizes inventory levels while managing location changes and warehouse space.
• Leads, mentors, and trains a team to ensure high productivity.
• Oversees recruitment, hiring, and performance appraisals for the team.
