Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Norfolk, VA to manage daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing teams. You will ensure timely deliveries, source inventory, and maintain stock levels in compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipping, communicating with nurses and pharmacists, and safeguarding patient and company information while supporting on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience communicating verbally and in writing to various audiences.
• Basic PC and email skills required.
• Willing to travel up to 50% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient contact to ascertain supply needs and coordinate with clinicians.
• Coordinate and execute shipping schedules for inventory and orders.
• Purchases for inventory and sources cost-effective products.
• Maintain accurate inventory and participate in physical counts.
