Qualifications

• Typically 4+ years of related support experience; 3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
• Experience coordinating inventory in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory staff including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels via audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Serve as primary contact for clinical departments on inventory needs.
• Optimize systems (Pyxis, Omnicell, Lawson) for real-time accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement and clinical teams to forecast needs.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, OSHA, HIPAA).
• Prepare inventory reports for leadership highlighting trends.
• Support emergency readiness with critical supplies.
