Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a warehouse or receiving role, healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, inspects, scans, and receives shipments of medical supplies, equipment, and time-sensitive materials.
• Verifies shipments against purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy.
• Inspects items for damage, expiration dates, and regulatory compliance.
• Labels and stores items per health system policies.
• Maintains inventory records using the ERP system.
• Coordinates with purchasing, clinical, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Packages and ships outbound supplies and keeps records of outgoing shipments.
• Complies with HIPAA, OSHA, and DNV standards.
