Job summary

Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters is seeking a Supply Chain Technician to support hospital operations by receiving, shipping, and distributing materials, maintaining supply inventories, and entering data into the Hospital Information System. The role reports to the Materials Management Supervisor.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of warehouse experience; basic data entry skills are essential, and driving a CHKD vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months warehouse/supply chain experience.
• Basic data entry and PC skills.
• Ability to operate a cargo van and pass driving test.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Distributes materials and supplies to hospital units and off-campus locations.
• Maintains par cart and inventory; participates in cycle counts.
• Receives shipments; checks for accuracy and damages.
• Enters data into the hospital information system.
• Ensures cleanliness of storeroom and supply areas.
• Maintains confidentiality of materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
