Job summary

Renown Health in Reno, NV is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to manage the receipt and distribution of consumable goods for acute service lines. You will handle asset tagging, documentation, and inventory control to ensure accurate, audit-ready records.

You will coordinate with Purchasing, Central Supply, and clinical teams to maintain stock levels, support parcel/USPS shipments, and prepare O.R. case carts as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months warehouse experience required.
• Preferable stocking experience in a hospital materials management setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well for safe performance of duties.
• Must be able to use computer systems for online learning and policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt and distribution of consumable products in acute service lines.
• Ensure incoming items are not lost and that documentation is accurate for audit trails.
• Maintain proper charging of supporting logistic equipment and update related software.
• Package and ship returned or repaired items with proper insurance and documentation.
• Coordinate deliveries to offsite locations and work with project teams and vendors.
• Reconcile charges from Central Supply to all user stations.
• May deliver mail or supplies to offsite locations as required with valid driver license.
