Qualifications
- 3+ years in Healthcare Industry focused on HL7, CCD, FHIR, and HIE networks.
- 3+ years as a Product/Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.
- Experience with Agile and writing requirements in JIRA.
- Collaborated with cross-functional software teams in healthcare IT.
- Proficient in writing clear technical and business requirements.
- Troubleshooting data issues using SQL.
Responsibilities
- Prepare development-ready requirements and handle support tickets.
- Act as technical liaison across engineering, QA, and product teams.
- Break down requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Run data structure analysis to support product readiness.
- Interface with other product teams to support interoperability.
- Assist in product design, UI/UX input.
- Evaluate feasibility and business impact of changes.
- Participate in QA checks for product acceptance.
- Collaborate with project management, QA, data engineering, and development.
