Job summary
Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Digital Product Analyst, Interoperability to translate strategy into scalable connectivity solutions across LIS and EMR/EHR platforms. You will analyze clinical data workflows, perform market research, and map internal mappings to enable rapid, secure data exchanges with partners and health systems.
Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and security experts, you will help drive adoption, onboarding, and migrations while aligning with HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of digital product analysis, healthcare IT analyst, or interface engineering experience.
- 1–2 years of direct experience working on healthcare interoperability solutions (e.g., clinical interface engines, LIS/EMR integrations).
- Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, JSON APIs, XML, and HIPAA.
Responsibilities
- Map, analyze, and optimize clinical data flows across LIS and EMR/EHR platforms.
- Partner with EHR vendors to analyze integration capabilities and define connectivity requirements.
- Guide agile teams with backlog refinement, story writing, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design scalable, secure data transmission infrastructures.
