Job summary

HST Pathways is seeking an Interface Analyst to join our fully remote Interoperability team. You will install and maintain interfaces for surgery center clients and partners, coordinating with client IT teams and vendors to ensure successful implementations and testing.

The role emphasizes data-driven, proactive problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on healthcare innovation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years work experience in information technology, computer systems, or related field.
• Working knowledge of interface/integration technology concepts (e.g., HL7, APIs, databases, client-server, querying software, and communications protocols)
• Some experience with SQL preferred
• Experience with Mirth and/or other healthcare data engines a plus

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain interfaces for surgery center clients and their business partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams, client IT teams, and vendors to obtain configuration information, coordinate and test interface installs.
• Identify areas of improvement to streamline interface implementations.
• Routinely manage and troubleshoot issues with live interfaces and escalate to the development team as needed.
• Document interface install processes and process changes.
• Support QA efforts for interface products with product and development teams.
