Job summary

HST Pathways is seeking an Interface Analyst to work remotely within the United States. You will join the interoperability group and own interfaces for surgery centers and partners, coordinating with internal and client IT teams, testing configurations, and ensuring smooth implementations.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, clear documentation, and collaboration across product and development teams. Bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with three or more years diversified technical support experience in a corporate environment.
• Associates or Technical School degree with five or more years diversified technical support experience in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of HL7, APIs, databases, and healthcare data exchange concepts.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain interfaces for surgery center clients and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams, client IT teams, and vendors to obtain configuration information, coordinate and test interface installs.
• Identify areas of improvement to streamline interface implementations.
• Routinely manage and troubleshoot issues with live interfaces and elevate issues to the development team as needed.
• Document interface install processes and process changes.
• Support QA efforts for interface products in conjunction with the product and development teams.
