You will blend technical leadership with people management, guiding architecture, estimation, testing, and deployment across the full implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior-level technical delivery experience in software development and healthcare interoperability.
• 3+ years of leadership mentoring Technical Leads and Software Developers.
• Hands-on experience across the implementation lifecycle and Java development.
• Expertise in Java, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native architectures, and healthcare deployments.
• Strong communication skills for customer discussions and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team delivering complex interoperability implementations.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across the lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live support.
• Guide solution design, estimation, and troubleshooting with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, CloudOps, Support, Architecture, and Agile Leads.
• Develop reusable implementation assets including playbooks and reference architectures.
• Identify recurring challenges and translate into process improvements and feature requests.
• Drive implementation quality with reviews, testing, and standards enforcement.
• Mentor engineers through prioritization and professional development.
• Ensure documentation through Jira, tech docs, and handover materials.
• Research and recommend new technologies and patterns for platform capabilities.
