Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Project Manager to oversee healthcare interfaces, guiding both functional and technical aspects from creation through cutover. The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders, driving deployment activities, and ensuring timely delivery from pre-prod to production stages.

The position is based in Arlington, VA with 4x weekly office presence and US citizenship for Public Trust eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience across healthcare interfaces.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience with change requests, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Willingness to work 4x/week in Arlington, VA office and US citizenship for clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage projects on time, budget, and scope.
• Coordinate vendor and client communications.
• Set deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress.
• Prepare status reports for upper management.
• Collaborate with Release Manager and PMO on schedule.
• Document risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Maintain Interface JIRA backlog based on Agile WBS.
• Travel 25% in DC metro area.
