Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Project Manager for healthcare interfaces supporting VA OEHRM. You will oversee day-to-day management, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive delivery from design through Go-Live in both pre-prod and production environments.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, risk and issue escalation, and producing status reports for leadership. Travel up to 25% in the DC metro area is expected; the role requires office presence in Arlington, VA 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope
• Oversee all aspects of projects to include vendor coordination and communication
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project
• Work directly with clients and vendors to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget
• Coordination with the Release Manager to confirm integration scope, and develop a repeatable process through cutover and deployment
• Coordination with the interface and Oracle Health PMO on status reporting, updates to the integrated master schedule (IMS), and executive level presentations
• Coordinate with the Integration Architects (IAs) and Interface Deployment team regarding interface readiness for events such as Integration Validation
• Document, brief, and elevate risks and issues; plan and execute mitigation strategies for risks and issues
• Communicate defined process and procedures to team members and ensure the process and procedures are being followed
• Ensure that timely and accurate updates for interface deployment status is documented in the tools utilized by the team for reporting status
• Create/Maintain Interface JIRA backlog based on Agile delivery WBS
• 25% travel (DC metro area)
