Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking an Inside Account Manager in California to grow a defined book of physician-office accounts through outbound prospecting and coordinated campaigns with field Account Executives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent customer-facing, sales, or business experience will be considered.
• Zero to three years of professional experience. Experience in inside sales, retail leadership, hospitality, rental car, customer service, recruiting, banking, or another performance-driven environment is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused sales plan for assigned accounts using priorities and market opportunities.
• Build relationships with physician offices and healthcare customers via phone, video, email, and in-person visits.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, referrals, and campaigns with field Account Executives.
• Identify opportunities to expand testing and services within existing accounts by understanding customer needs and usage.
• Respond to account questions with urgency and coordinate with internal partners to protect revenue and relationships.
