Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in social work, sociology, psychology, or nursing.
• Four years of experience in one or more of the fields listed; three years in a psychiatric healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze incident data and support performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Attends work regularly and may follow a specific/rotating schedule.
• Gathers incident information, investigates and tracks incidents until resolved; ensures protective actions are taken.
• Reviews data and contributes to plans of correction for external reviews and investigations.
