Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a seasoned program manager to oversee HCI initiatives within a sponsor-dedicated model. You will partner across Medical Affairs, E&C, and Legal to drive integrated plans, budgets, and timelines, while coordinating with external collaborators and partners to ensure successful project delivery.

You will influence stakeholders with diplomacy, monitor budgets and milestones, and synthesize data for governance forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of program/project management experience.
• Direct experience or exposure to healthcare/healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
• Experience with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., IHI, PDSA).
• Ability to influence with diplomacy.
• Experience with Claude and/or Co-pilot.
• Experience in public-private partnerships.
• Experience managing relationships with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HCI Leads to build and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple HCIs.
• Translate strategy into structured workplans; track deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Maintain touchpoints with external collaborators as projects ramp up or taper down.
• Coordinate cross-functional logistics across Medical Affairs, E&C, Legal, and external partners.
• Support information requests, change of scope, payments, budget tracking and milestone monitoring.
• Compile and quality-check data for HCI measurement and reporting; reflect system- and patient-level outcomes.
• Prepare materials for external meetings and governance forums; capture decisions and actions.
• Maintain HCI technology tools (trackers, dashboards) used to manage the portfolio.
• Lead landscape analyses of new disease states or HCI areas of focus.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and drive improvement ideas.
• Perform additional operational tasks as needed by portfolio demands.
