Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field preferred, with significant experience in project management and team leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage project teams and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• PM/PRINCE2/PMP certifications are advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Leads cross-functional project teams, coordinating efforts to meet objectives and facilitate communication.
• Monitors progress, identifies risks and issues, and implements strategies to keep projects on track.
• Engages with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
• Prepares and presents project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
