Job summary

MD-Staff - Applied Statistics & Management Inc. is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to assist with managing enterprise software implementation projects for healthcare clients.

You will collaborate with Implementation Managers and clients to gather requirements, provide training, and manage projects, while traveling as needed. You will work with a diverse team to deliver solutions that align client requirements with our SaaS platform, focusing on quality, timelines, and successful

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required; PMP/RHIA/CPCS are desirable but not required.
• Strong organizational and training skills with ability to tailor sessions to client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and Excel preferred; self-motivated and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure quality service and satisfaction
• Manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously and track requirements to completion
• Develop comprehensive work plans and training documentation using web-based solutions
• Define project goals and benchmarks to gauge implementation progress
• Conduct dedicated web-based training with clients covering product functionality, workflow, and setup
