Job summary

Point32Health is seeking an Implementation Manager in Massachusetts to lead and coordinate pre- and post-sales implementations. You will drive client-specific plans, schedule regular meetings, and work with Sales, Enrollment, and Claims teams to ensure timely, accurate installations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and independent performance. A bachelor’s degree is required, with 3–5 years in client service or health care operations preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years client service experience, preferably in health care operations or sales.
• Knowledge of employee benefits products, insurance contracts, and brokerage development is preferred.
• Experience with managed care plans and national accounts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of assigned accounts from start to finish.
• Develop and execute client-specific implementation plans and timelines.
• Schedule regular implementation meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide operational support and ensure timely case installation and service quality.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and communicate effectively with clients.
