Job summary

Main Street Health is expanding its rural care model and seeks a Project Director to own end-to-end implementations across multiple markets. You will lead kickoff through go-live, coordinating clinical, operations, technology, data, and partner teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience independently leading multiple concurrent projects and coordinating many teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful deployment of new partner implementations across multiple markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, technology, data, and functional leads) to launch new services in each market.
• Track each partner's scope of services, contractual commitments, and operational nuances at handoff.
• Identify technology, data, and operational issues early; prioritize and drive resolution.
• Ensure implementation processes are compliant and aligned with Main Street Health standards.
