Job summary

Elsevier, a global leader in information and analytics, seeks a Customer Success Implementation Analyst to drive end-to-end deployment of Clinical Solutions across healthcare organizations. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects, coordinate EHR integrations, and align product capabilities with customer goals to enable successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in software implementation or healthcare IT projects.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Familiarity with HL7 interfaces and healthcare IT environments.
• Strong PM skills and stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Elsevier Clinical Solutions products.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Serve as primary contact during implementation for multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across clinical, IT, and administrative teams.
• Provide SME on product functionality and best practices to support adoption.
• Coordinate and support EHR integration efforts and HL7 workflows.
• Deliver training tailored to diverse user groups to promote adoption.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and change requests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Content, Sales and CS teams.
• Develop and maintain customer-specific documentation and artifacts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.
