Job summary

Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Analyst to guide, support, and analyze activities for the Heisenberg II team. The role reports to the Director of Implementation and operates in a hybrid Dallas, TX office (Tue–Thu).

You will work on understanding provider compensation models, client requirements, and system validation, ensuring successful deployment and client satisfaction with strong Excel expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider compensation on an implementation team.
• Experience gathering documents, analyzing data, drafting scoping documents, configuring solutions based on client scope, and system validation support.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Understand the complete provider compensation/physician enterprise solution.
• Gather and analyze client requirements and dependencies.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to build client-specific compensation models.
• Excel proficiency and ability to manage high volumes of work.
