Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider compensation
• Experience collaborating with a project manager on discovery, scoping, and configuration
• Fluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools
• Strong understanding of Provider Compensation Methodologies
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• MS Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

• Understand the complete provider compensation/physician enterprise solution
• Understand client requirements and identify system dependencies
• Work with the implementation team to build compensation models per client needs
• Excel expertise to manage high volume of work
• Demonstrate problem-solving and follow-up skills with accuracy
• Organize work with minimal guidance and deliver quality results
• Coordinate with teammates in a demanding client-focused environment
