Job summary

UCI Health, the clinical enterprise of the University of California, Irvine, seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to support Ambulatory Imaging Operations. You will aggregate data from Strata, API, Genesys and build Power BI/Tableau dashboards covering productivity, volume, staffing, capacity, and financial performance.

You’ll translate data into recommendations for operational decisions and ensure data validity with Finance and IS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressively complex analytical roles in healthcare.
• Experience with healthcare operations data and reporting.
• Ability to aggregate and analyze data from multiple source systems (Strata, API, Genesys).
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, billing and cost accounting basics.

Responsibilities

• Build standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) across modalities and sites.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for operational decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and IS to ensure data validity and consistent metric definitions.
• Manage Charge Data Master (CDM) rate schedule analysis and resolve billing rate deck issues.
