Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support Ambulatory Imaging Operations and provide system-wide analytics for Imaging Services. You will aggregate data from Strata, API, Genesys, and other sources, building standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to monitor productivity, volume, staffing, capacity, and financial performance.

You will translate data into recommendations to support operational decisions and collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 4+ years in progressively more complex analytical roles.
• Experience with healthcare operations data.
• Experience aggregating data from multiple source systems (Strata, API, Genesys).
• Excellent Excel skills and data visualization experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate data from Strata, API, Genesys, and other sources to build reports and dashboards.
• Create standard and ad hoc Power BI and Tableau dashboards on productivity, volume, staffing, capacity, and finance.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for operational decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Information Services to ensure data validity and metric consistency.
• Oversee CDM rate schedule analysis and resolve billing and rate deck issues.
