Job summary

UCI Health seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to support Ambulatory Imaging Operations and provide system-wide analytics across Imaging Services. You will aggregate data from multiple sources and build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to drive decisions on productivity, volume, staffing, capacity, and financial performance.

The role requires strong Excel and data visualization skills, experience with healthcare data, and the ability to translate complex information for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Power BI and Tableau proficiency required.
• Strong analytics and data visualization skills essential.
• Experience with healthcare operations data preferred.
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Understanding of budget, billing, and cost accounting functions.
• Ability to translate complex data for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Ambulatory Imaging Operations and provide system-wide analytic support for Imaging Services.
• Aggregate data from Strata, API, Genesys, and other source systems.
• Build standard and ad hoc reports and create Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
• Analyze productivity, volume, staffing, capacity, and financial performance.
• Partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Information Services to ensure data validity and consistent metric definitions.
• Manage Charge Data Master (CDM) rate schedule analysis and resolve billing issues.
