Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare or regulated industrial HVACR operation and maintenance
• Knowledge of ASHRAE 170, NFPA, TJC environments and related codes
• Experience leading a HVACR team and coordinating with facilities/clinical staff

Responsibilities

• OverseeHVAC team, mentor staff, and train employees within safety guidelines.
• Schedule work, delegate tasks, and manage resources to meet workload.
• Inspect HVAC work for quality, code compliance, and safety.
• Serve as technical resource for HVAC electrical issues and troubleshooting.
• Lead shift operations and coordinate multi-trade activities across departments.
