Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years of related HVAC experience or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to meet physical demands including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Must be able to follow standard procedures and safety rules.
• Proficient with basic MS Office applications like Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain building HVAC/R systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and controls.
• Troubleshoot system faults and determine corrective actions.
• Follow established procedures with supervision.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
