CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and mechanical systems in a healthcare facility.

You will collaborate with a facilities team to ensure reliable operation and patient comfort on a Monday–Friday day shift with occasional on‑call duties. We value hands‑on technicians who can follow procedures, meet safety standards, and continuously improve building performance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain HVAC and building control systems.
• Perform ongoing maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and codes compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best modification actions.
• Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
• Execute duties and tasks as defined within established processes.
• Support facilities team to ensure reliable building operations.
