Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 1-2 years of job-related experience or combination of education/experience.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience following work routines and basic safety standards.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose issues.
• Perform plumbing, light electrical work and general upkeep.
• Inspect doors, electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing fixtures.
• Assist with installation/modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems run efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
