Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC technician in Troy, OH to maintain climate control systems for a government defense client.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on complex commercial systems, with a Monday–Friday day shift and an on-call rotation to address urgent needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or trade school, 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building HVAC equipment to meet codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best corrective actions.
• Follow established procedures and operate under supervision to deliver outputs.
