Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 5 years of HVAC & R experience in commercial/healthcare settings, and a CFC certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade schooling in HVAC & R preferred.
• Five years HVAC & R experience in commercial/healthcare maintenance required.
• CFC certification; Virginia driver's license preferred for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and install facility HVAC & R and BAS systems.
• Inspect for code compliance and oversee emergency repairs and maintenance.
• Crate or modify BAS programming to optimize equipment points and data collection.
• Document records, provide training and support to other staff.
