Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an HVAC Technician in Texas to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on facility HVACR systems, including critical areas like ORs and labs. The technician will work on site in a healthcare environment, coordinating with facilities and clinical staff to minimize disruption and ensure environmental conditions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; healthcare setting preferred.
• AS degree in MET/HVACR technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and operation of all facility HVACR systems, including critical areas.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems; diagnose root causes and perform repairs.
• Operate and monitor BAS/DDC systems; respond to alarms and adjust controls as needed.
• Maintain compliance with ASHRAE 170, NFPA, TJC, and other codes; follow ICRA and safety procedures.
