Responsibilities

• Act as owner representative for HVAC project life cycle from planning to commissioning.
• Review designs and submittals, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, scheduling, and on-call support for critical HVAC system issues.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff and coordinate with facility operations teams.
