You will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of recruiting or customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruiting and customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and ability to market and brand open positions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute candidate-generation strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and establish staffing priorities.
• Build pipelines and lists of passive candidates through sourcing, cold-calling, screening, networking, and other strategies.
• Generate a high volume of qualified candidates while meeting timelines and goals.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding of top talent.
• Coordinate activities related to employee separation as appropriate.
• Schedule in-person and phone screenings and prepare hiring packages for manager review.
