River Edge Behavioral Health Center in Macon, GA is seeking a CSDC Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for crisis services and IDD programs, partnering with leadership to attract top talent. Location: 750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

You will develop sourcing strategies, handle high-volume recruiting under tight deadlines, and coordinate onboarding while supporting a mission-driven organization committed to accessible behavioral health care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field required.
• Two years of recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with crisis services and IDD support environments.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Source passive and active candidates through research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Manage high-volume recruiting under tight deadlines while maintaining candidate quality.

Position Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Crisis Service Program Director, the CSDC Recruiter will support talent acquisition efforts by managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding coordination. This role partners closely with program leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies that attract top talent for crisis services and IDD support programs.
