Priority Management Group seeks a dedicated payroll/HR professional to manage facility payroll, benefits and HR operations at Cedar Hill Healthcare Center. You will handle onboarding, orientation, terminations and related HR duties in a healthcare setting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, Paycom experience, and strict adherence to local, state and federal guidelines. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in skilled nursing or healthcare related field preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines.
• Strong organization and time management with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll application systems; Paycom experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
• Ability to understand and follow applicable regulations, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out facility payroll, HR and benefit operations in accordance with company policies and laws.
• Handle employee relations, benefits, compensation, leave, workers’ compensation, recruiting, onboarding and orientation.
• Manage unemployment claims and participate in prescreening and hiring activities.
• Promote employee relations and support organizational goals.
