Job summary

Worksourceheartofgeorgia is seeking an experienced HR leader to provide strategic oversight of all HR functions in a hospital setting. You will develop policies, lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setting.
  • Previous management or director-level experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and healthcare compliance.
  • Experience managing benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Experience with Paycom HCM software, including payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulatory agencies and accreditation standards.
  • Lead employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers regarding performance and leadership development.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets and monitor HR-related expenditures.
  • Oversee HRIS administration, personnel records, and HR reporting.
  • Coordinate leadership training, employee education, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic planning, hospital leadership meetings, and committee assignments.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership regarding workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Job description

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.

Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Previous management or director-level experience required.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and healthcare compliance.

Experience managing benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Paycom Human Capital Management (HCM) software, including payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management, is strongly preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Certifications

SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP

PHR or SPHR

Healthcare Human Resources certification (preferred but not required)
