Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking an experienced payroll and HR professional to manage payroll, HR operations and benefits programs for our facility. You will ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal laws while supporting employee relations and recruitment efforts.

The role requires proficiency with payroll systems (Paycom) and Excel, strong organization, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in skilled nursing or healthcare-related field preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out facility payroll, human resources and benefit operations.
• Manage employee relations, benefits, compensation, and leave of absence.
• Handle workers' compensation, recruitment, onboarding, orientation and terminations.
• Participate in unemployment claims and ensure compliance with policies.
