Job summary

Priority Management is seeking a detail-oriented HR/payroll professional to manage facility payroll, benefits, and employee relations at our Cedar Hill location. You will handle onboarding, terminations, and unemployment claims while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires experience with payroll systems (Paycom) and strong organizational skills. A high school diploma is required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with healthcare experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in skilled nursing or healthcare related field; preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Strong organization and time-management with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll application systems; Paycom experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential material.
• Ability to understand and follow applicable regulations, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out facility payroll, human resources and benefit operations.
• Handle employee relations, benefits, compensation, leave of absence, workers compensation, recruiting, prescreening, hiring, onboarding, orientation, terminations.
• Participate in unemployment claims and promote employee relations to support organizational goals.
