Job summary

North Dade Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in North Miami, Florida seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will guide policy development, maintain records, and train staff while ensuring confidentiality and professional conduct.

This on-site role requires healthcare HR expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints and conflicts, and conducting investigations and mediations.
• Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, and vision plans, and manage employee compensation and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including HIPAA, FMLA, and Title VII.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, and conduct training for staff on HR-related topics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
• Collaborate with management to resolve workplace conflicts and improve employee morale and engagement.
