Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters professionally and discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints and conflicts, and conducting investigations and mediations.
• Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, and vision plans, and manage employee compensation and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including HIPAA, FMLA, and Title VII.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, and conduct training for staff on HR-related topics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
• Collaborate with management to resolve workplace conflicts and improve employee morale and engagement.
