Select Specialty Hospital - Miami Lakes in Miami Lakes, FL is seeking an on-site Human Resources Manager to oversee the full scope of HR operations in collaboration with centralized HR partners. This role acts as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, driving payroll, benefits, recruitment, and data integrity while aligning with enterprise HR strategy.

The position offers a full-time, on-site schedule with growth opportunities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field is required.
• 2 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with HR Shared Services to deliver payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration support.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and leaders.
• Coordinate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity.
• Drive and support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulatory standards.
• Be the local expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes.
• Support employee relations with professionalism and discretion.
• Contribute to building a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Provide insights to shape HR strategy and hospital operations.
